
Load = Growth: A step-parenting story
The load was exponentially heavier. And for about a year, I felt crushed by it.
But. I got stronger. With boundaries, time management, focus, productivity, communication, emotional resilience. And my life is richer and fuller because of it.

This is how to BEGIN building strength
Despite knowing all of this, there was not enough willpower in the world to get me to the gym. So I started doing what I could, in a place I know and love: my yoga mat.
